Automatic renewal

"Thereafter this Agreement automatically renews for additional one (1) year periods unless Client provides written notice of non-renewal not less than one hundred twenty (120) days before expiration."

The contract renews on its own and the notice window is 120 days. Missing it commits you to another full term.
Change to: "Renewal requires the written agreement of both parties" or shorten the non-renewal notice period to 30 days and require a reminder notice from the other side 60 days before the deadline.
High

Termination rights

"Client may terminate for convenience only with one hundred eighty (180) days notice and payment of an early termination fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the remaining fees."

Exit rights are limited or priced. This locks the budget for the whole term.
Add a mutual right to terminate for convenience on 30 days written notice, and remove any early termination fee beyond fees accrued to the termination date.
High

Exclusivity

"Client shall purchase all facilities services for the Premises exclusively from Vendor during the term."

Exclusivity removes your ability to use another supplier, even if price or quality changes.
Delete the exclusivity obligation or limit it to a minimum purchase commitment with a right to benchmark pricing.

Questions buyers ask first

Is it legal advice?

No. ContractsAnalyzer is software that highlights what to check and proposes redline language. A lawyer decides what is right for your deal.

How accurate is the clause detection?

It finds clause families by their wording, scores them against your playbook and shows the source text for each flag, so you verify every result in seconds.

Which file types can I upload?

PDF, DOCX and plain text. You can also paste the text.

Where is my data stored and who can see it?

Contracts are encrypted in transit and at rest and are visible only to users in your workspace.

Do you train AI on my contracts?

No. Your contracts are never used to train AI models.

Can I use my own playbook?

Yes. Start from Standard, Strict or Light and set your own positions on renewal, liability, payment and data.

What happens after I sign up?

You confirm your work email with a code and land in your workspace. There is no password to set. To come back, press Log in and confirm your email with a new code.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Plans renew until cancelled, and you keep access to the end of the billing period you paid for.
