These terms govern your use of contractsanalyzer.com, operated by the administrator of the service ("we"). By using the service you accept them.

The service

ContractsAnalyzer is software that reads contract text and highlights clauses, dates and obligations, with suggested redline language. It is not legal advice and does not create an attorney and client relationship. You are responsible for the decisions you make about your contracts.

Your content

You keep all rights in the contracts you submit. You confirm that you have the right to submit them. We use them only to provide the service to you and do not use them to train AI models.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded. Plan limits measure usage in the billing period.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, submit content you have no right to submit, or resell access without our written consent.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
